Last year I started making my own salad dressing. It took a while, but I finally came up with a dressing for left over steak and greens. I also like to add mushrooms because they are high in niacin, which helps keeps the cholesterol low.
Ingredients for one cup of dressing:
1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup yellow mustard 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar 1 TBSP water
I use an immersion blender to mix the ingredients, but it can be whisked manually.
